Their work spans the ground-up development of more than 2,780 single-family homes, along with shopping centers, office buildings, and luxury condominiums — including the 52-unit Elkhorn Lodge in Beaver Creek.
Their apartment division has delivered a string of notable multifamily communities throughout Denver, including Fitzsimmons Place, Highland Place, Tennyson Place, and Emerson Place. Highland Place brought 68 residential units and 11,000 square feet of retail to the West Highlands neighborhood, while Tennyson Place added an 81-unit, five-story development at 39th and Tennyson in Berkeley.
