The Pole Yard / Jones Annexation Development

We acquired The Pole Yard in 2022 as an opportunistic parcel targeted for annexation by the Town of Fraser. Recently, the adjacent parcel owner — the Jones Family — has assembled 177 acres, and we are now working together under a joint development agreement to plan the annexation of the combined assemblage.
The resulting masterplan envisions a transportation-oriented, mixed-use community anchored by a proper train station with convenient retail and lodging, public parking, and a public transit hub. The plan further includes flex/light industrial space, restaurant and hotel pads, multifamily pads, and a single-family residential community of approximately 100 to 400 units, depending on density.
