Darell Schmidt, a Denver native, has built an exemplary career in real estate acquisition and development spanning over four decades. He graduated from the University of Denver in 1978 with a BA in Real Estate and Construction Management, laying the foundation for a lifelong commitment to the industry.

Darell began his career developing office buildings and retail properties throughout Denver in the 1980s. In 1986, he founded Falcon Homes, where he attracted over $42 million in capital and forged strategic partnerships with Mobil Oil, Prudential, and GMAC — ultimately building more than 2,700 homes across the Denver metro area.

In the 1990s, Darell shifted his focus to apartment investing and development through Allante Companies, raising over $39 million from private investors and generating significant returns over a 15-year period.
